Determinant factors of innovation management in the manufacturing industry of Pichincha, Ecuador

چکیده
A permanent challenge for business organizations is to transform, adapt the environment and innovate, so knowing factors that influence ability innovate relevant information. In this sense, objective of article determine conceptualize decisive interact in a systemic way management innovation manufacturing industry. The research has qualitative approach, with descriptive transversal scope. first place, review literature was carried out allowed delimiting company three main categories. Second, categories were characterized, subcategories properties identified, taking companies Pichincha, Ecuador as subject study. This characterization through study takes Grounded Theory reference, using techniques: questionnaires, interviews, documentary research. results reveal can be grouped into categories: knowledge (KM), capabilities (IC) financial performance (FP). explain KM are policies strategies, organizational structure, technology, people, incentive systems, culture, communication. IC development capacity, resource availability, human talent management, staff skills technological capacity. FP sales costs. contributes field new information theory action emphasizes vision key innovations Ecuadorian industrial sector, purpose strengthening theoretical empirical advances company.
